In 2010, we strategically diversified into Oil & Gas and Maritime Logistics, including ship chartering and offshore support services. This bold expansion positioned us as a key contributor to Nigeria's energy and logistics value chain, and laid the foundation for a more diversified, resilient enterprise.
Recognising a critical gap in modern retail infrastructure, in 2014 we embraced a new vision: to redefine retail and commercial property development in Lagos, and to create world-class spaces where commerce, community, and opportunity thrive.
